Called customer service today, response was quick. Cleo helped me greatly and was a pleasure to work with.
Gate has been broken for over 2 months. Making this not a true secured storage facility. No onsite personnel. Was told there would be trolleys and carts for move in help into the climate control area, they do not offer this at this location but the sales/customer service center said they do. Was lied to upon renting on the move in special of 75% off first two months 3rd month free. They did not hold true to this agreement. Spent 2 hours on phone calls with customer service. Bolt Storage likes to brag about their "Exceptional Customer Service" which at this particular location is by far the worst I have ever seen. The security gatre has been broken for over a month. I've called them 4 times and each time I've been told they will look in to it and someone from management will be contacting me regarding the issue.
