I have had great customer service, recently provided by Myca, and I really can't complain about the price either.
Bolt Storage in Corry is an excellent outdoor storage facility. It is well maintained and easy to get to. Stephanie (of Bolt Storage) provided me with excellent, fully competent, and very friendly assistance in helping me to conclude and terminate the rental agreement for my storage unit #143, which I no longer needed. Attached is a picture of my empty unit with the lock/keys on floor of unit.
Today, 8/14/2025, I had an emergency change to my need for a storage bin at the Union City facility. I am from out of the area. Cleo graciously assisted me with canceling and processing a refund for me. I will be in contact with you for services at a later date because of her helpfulness!
CJ was great with helping me get a storage unit. Very polite
