First I spoke to Mr.Tony today Nd I give Him 10+ Stars He Really Cares For The Renters Unlike The Bolt Storage Thear Sales Pich Was That The Reson For Thear Price Hike Was Because Of Adding A Fensh AND Security Cameras that You THE Renter Could Check On Your Units That Was A Lie My Rent Has gone Up $300.00 Dollars AND TWO OFF MY UNITS GOT BROKEN INTO (A INSIDE JOB ) I HAD HAD 15 YEARS PRIOR WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.
Bolt made it very easy to rent a unit! Our move in day was on a holiday (Memorial Day)and we ended up having to call customer support because our gate key code wouldn’t work. However, the gentleman who helped us (can’t remember his name) deserves endless credit for his patience and kindness. This error was our fault as there are two locations on the road we were on.
