I really love Bolt storage! It’s a very professional & outstanding company. We have used them for around 3yrs and NEVER had any problems! They responded to the one email I had to send them immediately and took care of my issue, which was online(forgot my password). I like to pay by phone, which was an easy & quick process. I want to thank MYCA at Bolt for being very helpful, courteous & just awesome to speak with, fantastic customer service provided by her! Rare these days. She made paying our bill, well pleasant A+++

They tried to charge me another month for submitting my photos after midnight on my move out day - so I called and got it sorted. I was very happy to not get sucked in to having to pay another month. Also, the gate only worked half the time and I was never given a lock.
