Myca is great to work with do polite and helpful
Gated/coded entry storage facility with some climate control units. Easy in and out. Could not have ask for an easier/better customer service. Maria was awesome on the phone with answers to questions even before asked, brilliant!
Andrea was very helpful. My issue was solved quickly and in a professional manner.

It was a quick painless rental process online. Leave it to me to screw it up and rent 2 after my phone reset. But I called the customer service line and the representative MYCA listened and was able to find and locate my issue and it was or could have been a difficult one to catch with the way systems are setup. So kudos to MYCA and Bolt Storage
