Trevor is fantastic. He definitely goes above and beyond. Have used them for as long as I can remember and I’ve never had one issue.
First class people and a great store
Horrible customer service. They sent my elderly mother home in tears with a whole bunch of sizes of bolts she did not need. They were not able to understand the simple concept that she needed different lengths of the same thread screw. They also had the arm chair to check the threads. The guy sent her home with not enough of what she needed and 40$ worth of other sizes just to be mean. They were being mean or just play stuborn. That's my take on the matter. Every time I have walked through those doors they have been able to get me what I need and their prices are fair. They have come in clutch for me more times than I can count.
