As a gym owner I always look for top quality equipment, while also trying to .manage the budget. We thought BOLT was a stand up and legitimate player, however the equipment is grossly subpar and you can tell the welds are machine and sloppy as well as overall build quality vs other companies such as Arsenal, Elitefts, Rogue etc. If you are going to spend your money I would strongly advise you look elsewhere, even the used equipment market. Ordering from Bolt and working with Abraham has been an easy, no pressure & educating experience. Abraham has the knowledge and customer service that will make me purchase from BOLT again.
Terrible experience with the company and the leg press I ordered. It took 2 months to deliver, during that time they ignored numerous emails and calls to try to get an update. Then the machine shows up covered in sawdust, with random trash inside the crate. Pieces duct taped together. Scratches on the machine, and missing band pegs, weight horns, and a few screws.
