We ordered a lot of equipment from Bolt and Ryan did a great job making sure our selection fit our needs and was properly customized. Mike and Freddy were able to install everything without a problem and had a great work ethic. I would definitely recommend.
Visited the showroom and met Ryan. He walked us thru the different options and based on our needs he hooked us up with the Apex. He was very knowledgeable and even sent us a couple videos on how to use different attachments. Definitely ask for him if you go back. Also had it delivered and installed and that team was awesome as well. Chris, Delton and Mike had me up and running in less than an hour. We outfitted two full home gyms in less than a year and I cannot get a cable that was installed wrong and didn’t work properly from the start fixed. They came out to fix it for free but it wasn’t fixed at all. I was told I didn’t need to be there for that repair and am now told that to get them back out to fix it, it’ll cost me over $600. I ordered the Invictus Leg Press and the machine is great. It came extremely well packaged. Not even a scratch on any of the pieces. Footplate is massive. Machine makes no noise. Customer service was good and the entire experience with Bolt was great. This is my first piece of equipment from the company and they deserve the 5-star review.
