I’ve been a member at Bolt Fitness for a while, and I’m really disappointed with how poorly they maintain their steam room. It’s been out of service for almost 4 weeks now, and this isn’t the first time—it seems to break down constantly. What’s worse is that there’s no clear communication or urgency from the management to fix it.
