I have been a bolt member since last year now. I am completely satisfied with the environment. Cleaned area at all times. Front desk staff is very polite and humble.
I’ve been training at Bolt Fitness Abby for a while now, and I have to say the front desk team truly sets the tone for the whole gym experience. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a warm smile and genuine energy that makes me feel welcome and motivated to train.
☆ *Stop* ,Avoid this gym unless you want to pay triple the price as other gyms.Bad experience, bolt gym said they "terminated" my account ,but truth was, i complained so many times how bad this facility is run ,maintenance,hygiene etc, and nothing was done ever, come look at it before you get stuck in a contract you can't get out of. Had a terrible experience with a staff member by the name of Rishima I believe. She was very rude and extremely dismissive rather than helping seems like these front desk girls rather watch shows on their phone or chatter with one another. I had a safety concern but was totally ignored. Will be cancelling my membership and I do not recommend anyone to workout here unless they hire more professional staff.!!!!!
