Promised a time for repair, waited until the last minute to call and reschedule. I used pto for this, and again for the second time frame. He then quit responding and wouldnt even answer the phone. 6 hours of pto wasted and days of waiting on a promised repair. Save yourself the headache and waste of time. Not to mention the other reviews of bad work and dangerous outcomes.
