So much attention to detail! He went over everything so thoroughly. It was such a clean and comfortable atmosphere!
I usually do my reviews after any issues or circumstances have occurred with a purchase/meal or service. I am please with my exam and the staff. What I’m not pleased about is the glasses I ordered with a tint were truly over priced. The other issue is that it’s been 28 days since I ordered my glasses and still Bolt says it will be longer. They say it’s due to the Tint which is the same tint in the sample frames. You offer tinting, you don’t say anything about a delay in tints. I went to the office in Canton today for my daughter, and they were so friendly! My daughter has a hard time sitting still and Stephanie was so patient and helpful! The doctor was very thorough and really took his time, we didn’t feel like we were just getting pushed through to get to the next patient. She LOVES her new glasses!
