At first I had Brian come out and do work and he was great and very professional. However a year has passed and I have had a problem with his electrical work. I plugged in a heater and the entire basement went out. Not an emergency but I have not been able to use my basement for about 3 months. I have reached out to Brian the owner several times either by phone call or email and have yet to get a response from him. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.
