We hired Jim and his team for a celebration of life we have for my grandmother. He had wonderful customer service and a positive attitude. His food is out of this world Thank you, Jim for being a part of our event Would highly recommend hiring them for any event. We ended up getting the food truck, but he also does fine dining. His menu is broad and all looks delicious.
Where to start. I was diagnosed with diverticulitis and it has been so hard to Find a meal that works for me and Bolt Catering is definitely it. All of the meals prepped are well balanced a since starting back up with Bolt I have not had a flare up. Thank you Bolt Catering for all you do for me and the community.

I used Bolt 3 or 4 years ago, they help me stay on track with healthy eating. Always a great variety and very delicious. I stopped when my kids got more into cooking but am happy to be back. I love the rotating meals and everything is always delicious and flavorful. They make it so much easier to be compliant with my diet and not feel like I'm missing out.
