I recently called to make an appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. An older lady answered the phone and was not only rude but also extremely hostile. Because of her demeanour, I chose not to book an appointment and will be looking for alternative places for my scan. It's important to remember that when people call for medical scans, it's often because they are unwell or in pain, and a little empathy goes a long way.
