I recently called to make an appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. An older lady answered the phone and was not only rude but also extremely hostile. Because of her demeanour, I chose not to book an appointment and will be looking for alternative places for my scan. It's important to remember that when people call for medical scans, it's often because they are unwell or in pain, and a little empathy goes a long way. WOW, a Lot of medical services could take a lesson from Bolsover Radiology. A Truely professional team with the nicest people you could meet. I was in and out in less time than I have waited at similar places. If I am ever given a choice I will Definitely be choosing BR over any others. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Staff who did my CT scan today were very caring, very efficient and explained things very well. They went out of their way to make sure I could get my scan done today. Much appreciated. Many thanks.
Service is not pleasant and staff are rude. The experience of uncomfortability is mutual or rather worse for others unfortunately.
