Michelle, Jenny, Ailen, Pilar, Dr. Mendez, were outstanding! Customer service was professional the moment I was greeted. I can 100 percent call this dentist office my new home. I felt like I was in my own home. Calm and relaxed while they did their procedure on my tooth. I will be referring this office to everyone in need of a caring, well educated dentist and staff. Thank you to everyone I spoke with today!
The best!! After my tooth cracked on a Sunday morning, both Dr. Agudelo and Dr. Mendez immediately returned my call. Dr Agudelo met me at the office and in one hour my tooth was back in its spot, scans were taken and plans for a new implant were made. We’re lucky to have such dedicated dentists in Weston!
I've always been terrified of the dentist, and for the first time EVER, I walked out of a dental office with a huge smile on my face. The customer experience with Sofia and her team is unparalleled. The offices are modern and beautiful, the waiting time was less than 5 minutes despite it being packed with dental patients, and both my son (15, tough to please!) and I agreed we will never go anywhere else.
