Not satisfied with my experience. When I went in for a perm, the stylist Donna kept accepting walk-in customers during my service , which left me waiting for over two hours. At checkout, she also randomly increased the price unexpectedly. When I questioned it, she said, Overall, the experience was disappointing

Highly recommend Ha for all your nail- manicure, pedicure needs . Donna is amazing for hair cuts,colors/tinting,foils. No disappointment from any staff and their expertise at this salon/studio. A one stop beautification- 100% satisfaction!
Came in for a root touch up, my hair is kinda weird the way it is dyed but she made do and they really did put effort into it most hairdressers just slap it on, call it a day but she had very high attention to detail and went out of her way to stay an hour after closing just to make sure it’s perfect, obviously didn’t expect them to do that and I was stressed out abt me taking up so much time but they were super nice, positive, and reassuring throughout the whole process even tho it was a bit of a task an a half which I real... read more
