I spoke to their receptionist. His name is Jeffrey. This is rudest person I’ve ever encountered talking to. To see if I could set up a consultation in regards to my stepdad’s case. While he was trying to be informative, he was being aggressive and agitated on the phone basically telling me the fees if we want to hire them as well as setting up a consultation. $400 just for a consultation, and he had the nerve to insinuate that we probably could not even afford it.
