I ordered 2 shirts for the Chris Brown concert and was told they would be ready in 2 hours. I called MULTIPLE TIMES to check on my order no answer. I showed up 4 hours later and the order STILL wasn’t done. They gave me $10 off, but that didn’t make up for the fact that I ended up late to the concert. While I was waiting, another customer who ordered a premium shirt also had their order messed up and had no choice but to leave with the wrong product.
