Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Top notch organization.
They did our taxes wrong and charged us $700 for the pleasure. They got my name wrong, sent our returns to the wrong address, and we found multiple calculation errors and missed deductions that would have lowered our tax burden. We ultimately filed an extension because we kept finding so many errors and we were worried they wouldn't get fixed in time. Find a different tax preparer. We certainly will.
