After multiple requests, both email and office voicemails (they never seemed to pick up their phone, especially around lunch) requesting closing documents needed (electronic copies of seller closing docs), I received a voicemail from Marsha that was absolutely bizarre. BEWARE! This law firm created the most stressful real estate closing, I have ever experienced, and I am the fool who didn’t read reviews first. YES, I hired them. I provided Marsha Hearl, deeds in my chain of title. I made that part easy. She quoted one fee and changed it on the settlement documents. She would not respond to phone calls or emails.
