BEWARE! This law firm created the most stressful real estate closing, I have ever experienced, and I am the fool who didn’t read reviews first. YES, I hired them. I provided Marsha Hearl, deeds in my chain of title. I made that part easy. She quoted one fee and changed it on the settlement documents. She would not respond to phone calls or emails.
