Incredibly unprofessional and useless staff. BBC owes me $3,000 since over a month ago and I’ve called their office repeatedly. Over 20 times. And haven’t gotten a response. Victor is basically non existent and hasn’t responded to any of my messages. I’m sure there are plenty of other properties in NOVA that have a property manager who picks up their office phone
