I was charged $5000 retainer by Tony Ciccone only to find out there was a conflict after the work was begun. I never received or even offered a portion of my retainer back. Tony referred me to another attorney who charged another $7500 retainer to even look at my case. Needless to say, I was overcharged by both and neither will even get back in touch with me to resolve these issues. Luckily, I was recommended to a third attorney and he was fair and finished my case quickly. I only wish that I had found him earlier.
