They did a great job with my kitty, and they're very caring. The prices are very reasonable. The only down side was I did wait a while, but for all I know they were working on stuff for my cat, so that may be unfair.
For the most part I think they do adequate service for your pets. I don't know if they work with any TNVR groups, that would be important to me. But what does confound me is why you never get the chance to talk to your Vet. Why? I asked for a simple copy of a pre surgery checklist, I'm not a Vet but the questions that you get from a Vet Assistant on the pre surgery checklist. Great place, we take our cat here - we don't even need to tell them our name, just the name of the cat and they know what's going on and what your calling about. Can't speak highly enough of this group. Prices are reasonable.
