I’ve been using Bollen’s for the better part of 15 years and recommend them to everyone in the area. I recently went in to replace a propane log set with a natural gas setup, and at no point did I feel like anyone was trying to upsell me. They went above and beyond to help me reuse what I already had to help me keep my costs reasonable. So we had Logan come out to inspect our fireplace for repair/repace and he was fantastic. Very helpful. We have inquired over the phone to your office about an estimate and after soooo many calls and texts asking about the estimate goes unanswered. Does your office not want you to make money? Why can we not get an estimate? We just want our fireplace fixed! Do you not want to help us? We haven’t been mean. We don’t bite. Literally just want an estimate. Don’t waste your technicians times. Lazy, lazy, lazy office.
I had an appointment scheduled for Friday the 13th after 4:30 pm, I called Thursday morning to confirm that they would be at my house on Friday, the lady who answered the phone took my name and asked me to hang in so I did, she came back to the phone and said that a technician had already been to my house on Wednesday, I said no I have an appointment for Friday evening, she then told me she would have to get with another lady who was away from the phone and would call me back, I waited an hour and called back it went straigh... read more
Lady was very nice and professional look up what I needed then got it for me. Two service tech came in I ask them several questions they gave good answers and had a good since of humor. THANK'S
