Boll & Branch’s (B&B) customer service is as dreamy as their sheets and bedding. Their caliber of customer service elevates shopping to an entirely new level. These sheets are not worth the price. Yes, they come in a nice box with a ribbon but they started to split at the seams within three months. They advertise as the softest sheets but I will not be purchasing these again and I do not recommend them especially for the price they charge. I believe their advertising is misleading. I’d like to personally thank Kelly S, who wasted my time today, when answering my inquiry about my inferior sheet set. I explained these were rarely used, as they were designated to be used in my vacation home. These sheets shrank to the point that I can’t get them on the mattress and there are 2 holes in the sheets. One was so large I stitched it myself. After providing photos and answering detailed questions, I got nowhere and received what reads like a canned answer. We get SPAMMED with excessive promotional emails ever since purchasing- 10 texts and emails everyday with them running what is actually a perma sale instead of a real sale. Product quality is overrated. Believe it or not, you can buy equivalent quality product on Amazon for 70% less than their sale price. This company will be AllBirds in two years.
