I’d like to personally thank Kelly S, who wasted my time today, when answering my inquiry about my inferior sheet set. I explained these were rarely used, as they were designated to be used in my vacation home. These sheets shrank to the point that I can’t get them on the mattress and there are 2 holes in the sheets. We get SPAMMED with excessive promotional emails ever since purchasing- 10 texts and emails everyday with them running what is actually a perma sale instead of a real sale. Product quality is overrated. Believe it or not, you can buy equivalent quality product on Amazon for 70% less than their sale price. This company will be AllBirds in two years.

I think all my sheets are from B&B now. The percale sheets are perfect in the summer. Customer service is hands down the best I’ve ever seen.

Although most of my products I loved! This is definitely not a company I would deal with again their products are very expensive and their customer service is non existent!! I think that you could do better any place else ,once you buy it it is yours and no one to talk to to resolve any issues!!

A very expensive, very high-end brand, I spent a lot of money to buy a blanket and a duvet cover, but in return I sweat every night when I go to sleep, it's very secretive, it doesn't qualify. to make a high-end blanket.
