Purchased a set of sheets in 2022. The fitted sheet looks like it is about to shred, the seams are ripping and on of the pillow cases has a 4” rip. Wrote in to customer service and was told that if you used them everyday you will need to replace after 2 years. Then I was offered a coupon code that was the same as the one available on the website. Very disappointed in the quality and service.
Have these on every bed in our house and people love and appreciative them!

These sheets are not worth the price. Yes, they come in a nice box with a ribbon but they started to split at the seams within three months. They advertise as the softest sheets but I will not be purchasing these again and I do not recommend them especially for the price they charge. I believe their advertising is misleading.
