We were in the area and have heard the radio advertisements so we decided walk into the store. Trish helped us and was very knowledgeable about the products explained the difference in the types of sheets. She knew what questions to ask so I could make the right decision on the purchase of sheets (I liked that I could touch the sheets and make a comparison between all of them.) I’ve been in there three times - to browse, to buy, to exchange. Jeremiah helped me each time and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Quality of sheets are good - upon further research of the brand, I will be a continued customer.
Great salespeople and prices (surprisingly).
I drove 30 minutes out of my way on a Friday evening in traffic to check out their sheet selection which I was happy to do. Unfortunately, I arrived at 6:38 when they’re supposed to close at 7. I found the store closed and the lights off. And that’s all I need to know about how this company feels about its customers.
