On February 14th, I visited the Bethesda Boll & Branch location and left deeply disappointed. I had been a loyal online customer for years and was excited to discover they had a brick-and-mortar store. When I walked in, I was not greeted, despite several employees being present. One was assisting a customer at the counter, another was embroidering an item, and two others were standing nearby having a personal conversation. We were in the area and have heard the radio advertisements so we decided walk into the store. Trish helped us and was very knowledgeable about the products explained the difference in the types of sheets. She knew what questions to ask so I could make the right decision on the purchase of sheets (I liked that I could touch the sheets and make a comparison between all of them.)
