Terrible. Can’t deliver on what they promise. Several other locally owned companies that deliver better service for less money. This company is now owned by a large corporation and is not the locally owned and operated company it once was. Notice all good reviews are very old.
They did a great job.
Ordered windows in March or April. Delivered in May. At that time 5 screens were missing. Two were delivered in September or October. After 6 months of waiting they say they have the screens in stock in Joplin , but they will not deliver them until they have other jobs in the Nevada area, probably in 2 or 3 weeks. They were quite nice when we were ordering, but have shown little interest in following through to complete the job by delivering the screens.
