Unfortunately, as far as doctors go this has probably been the WORSE experience in my life and to me the doctors are a reflection of the hospital itself. First off, let me start by saying that the STAFF was great from check in, to the nurses getting me in and situated quickly as possible. I have lived in this area for about 10 years now and the very first time I went to this hospital it was nothing I ever experienced in my life because I am from Memphis and that’s all Memphis has is big major hospitals, but for the area we are in That is the best place that we have and we should be grateful that we have it if it is something major, I would suggest going to Memphis or Jackson personally Memphis, but for minor medical situations that you are forced to go to the ER this place is great just like all other ERs the... read more

3 different occasions I went thru the ER for different tests and bloodwork. Super quick all 3 times. Where Jackson would’ve been a 3-5 hours wait since not and emergency. Anther time I was taken by ambulance to stabilize me for a ride to Jackson via ambulance. My sister gave the ambulance crew my medication and it ended up lost or stolen for an hour and was found on my previous gurney under the cover. I was too sick and have no recollection of the visit. whatever you do this hospital is NOT the place to go. i took my girlfriend here today on 6/10/24 at about 2am because she woke up screaming and crying due to feeling like she could barely breathe, and her chest felt tight and felt like it was on fire, also couldn’t get up and do anything because she felt weak, she’s been feeling this way for two days now and we needed to see what was up, so firstly once we get inside she gets put in a room and the nurse tests her for Covid and flu, then the actual doctor comes in looking lik... read more

Took my step son into the ER. Due to a lawnmower accident that cut and fractured his big toe .8 days later took him back because of infection. Doctor ask who stitched it up. Dr. Couldn't believe how poorly the stitches were. They didn't even give him an antibiotic shot on the first visit. The second visit they let him go to the bathroom barefoot with his severe toe infection. I'm contacting a lawyer. I will never go their again they should be ashamed!!!
