While this utility department is the only source of utilities for Hardeman County residents, they know it and they treat their customers any way they feel. HORRIBLE customer service over the phone by Esther. Spoke with supervisor who made the excuse that they ONLY RUN HALF STAFFED ON Friday. ???? Made it to the company around 3:15pm. Drive thru window was closed. Attempted to pay inside, but doors were already locked. Checked BEA website and it showed they closes on Fridays at 3:30pm. Several customers driving up after me were also trying to pay their bill. Bad customer service!!!
Power go out all the time … it’s been out 5 hours so far food ruined … they not telling what’s going on the weather not bad like what’s the problem …
I have had BEA services for +3 years with no issues. During storms and outages, power seems to be restored within reasonable amount of time. Most recently, I called to report my utility pole light was out. Within 25 mins they were on my property and had it repaired.
