A tale of two operations. I am what could be considered a hobby farmer, 3 acres of hay, 4 acres of pasture. I do come from a large commercial farming background, my family has farmed up to 3,000 acres of fresh vegetables and flower seed for 3 generations in what is called the salad bowl of America.
