Was one of the best shopping experiences I've had was at Macy's in Bolingbrook in fine jewelry with Female associate Jemma (Hemma, sorry for any misspelling). I was at Macy's Bolingbrook, then Macy's Orland park and then back at Macy's Bolingbrook (due to multiple online orders) because how well she took care of me the 1st time I knew I could count on her to get the job done, which wasn't the case at Macy's Orland park .
