I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because they play games with your life and wrong I really think this doctor office and the medical they lie about being in different network when they not they tell you they accept your insurance and they don't when and it's a llot of network their not in and when you confront them they hang up the phone I really gave Dr.zMurina Patel chance to address my issue because I been with her for a while now you would have thought she's their for her patients no I GAVE THEM MORE CREDIT THEN ... read more
I just tried to call to make an appointment and was greeted the worst customer representative ever. I asked a simple question if they take my insurance and right off the bat she goes we take some and not others, takes a second and rudely asks”do you have your insurance card with you?” I answer yes and she tells me to read off the the name of it. Update as of 10/14/2025 I am personally not taking my children back to Dr Patel she asked my underage child all types of personal questions about our household that had nothing to do with the physical I was there to give her.. Who live in your house, a list of foods she eat? Is it A gun in your house? Is it fights in your house? My first visit was on July 7th of 2024. Everyone were very caring and understanding. I appreciate everything. Munira is a very knowledgeable and reliable Doctor. I do recommend her.
