Not impressed!!! Had a brand new heat pump, air conditioner and furnace placed in 2008. Was told when purchased came with 5 year parts and labor warranty. Called and the receptionist was extremely rude and aruded that it was only a parts warranty. Finally after paying to get someone out to look at it, they stated it was low on freon, they refilled the unit. Heat Pump & HVAC Installation I had tried several local businesses and for one reason or another the financing did not go through. When I finally called Boling, Dale told me about the finance options available through Aquila (Local Power Co.) and we were approved. The guys took about two weeks to order the parts and when installation began it was quite an ordeal. People were everywhere, courteous and respectful. Honest and professional I called Boling Heating Cooling when my air conditioner quit working over the summer. It was almost 100 degrees outside and I needed someone to come and fix it quick. I thought that they would be completely booked and I would end up having to pay someone extra to come fix it 'after hours' but they were able to come out the same day during regular business hours.
