Prices were okay and they were able to get me in right away which was great but tsomething happened to the steering wheel wrap while my car was there so it wasn't happy about that. But I'm thankful they were able to get me a new tire so quickly.

I was there this morning, when I asked about the price they said $197 for one tire with taxes, at the end they gave me a bill of $239, you can’t deceive customers!
Husband at facility needing air and supervisor was ugly with him. Wanted name and a bunch of info and husband wouldn't give it to him for air and he just said ok. Andhe wouldn't repair other tire and said would be a 2 hour wait. No one was there and supervisor just left him in a pinch. Supervisor left with an atitude! In addition my Dad is broken down now because they wouldn't let him get a little air!!! Thanks Richard Parsons!!!!! These folks were awesome. I was bringing a trailer from Indiana to Texas when I stopped for gas and noticed one of the trailer tires had a significant flat spot on it. I didn't want to go another 1000 miles on it - pretty sure it woudn't have made it and I'd be on the side of the road changing it - and searched for a tire shop. They had my tire in stock and had it on the trailer and on my way in under an hour. Very friendly, great service, wish there were more places like it! Thanks Bolin!
