This is an interesting shop. You're definitely in a tire shop in the waiting room, but they've gone out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible, including a pretty impressive TV currently playing Little House on the Prairie. And they have the cleanest, best maintained bathroom I've ever seen in an auto shop. The only downside is it's kinda cold in here, but overall they've gone to great lengths to make their customers as comfortable as possible. That's never lost on me.
