We hired Jose to seal/stain our brand new screened in deck (he did not build it). He and his son came out and stained the deck in 1 day and said the deck should be dry in 2-3 days. The deck however, remained tacky and sticky for weeks and Jose got stain on our aluminum ballisters and never tried to clean that up. We contacted him to let him know the deck was still tacky 5 days after the work was completed. He said he was in SC on a job and unable to get out to our house until November. LMFAO!
