Super clean apartments and well maintained inside and the grounds. The kitchen counters and cabinets and floors are updated. There is a lot of storage. The manager Barbara is helpful and goes above and beyond to make the application process easy on tenant. It’s also super quiet and safe here and you cannot beat the view of Mount Shasta hovering over the apartment complex.
I'm happy living here the manager in phase 2 is very helpful the grounds are well maintained and the maintenance crew is efficient when you need anything. Thankyou everyone who makes this place what it is
