This locally owned company really knows their stuff. Not only are they concrete experts, but their communication skills are outstanding, too. No trouble whatsoever. Top quality work and I haven't seen that much of that here in Lane County. I got three quotes for my wheelchair ramp project. Their quote was 1/2 of the highest bid, and very close to the lowest. Received detailed information about all steps of the process, materials that would be used. As the weather got cold, they explained what they watch for and reassuring me they were monitoring closely. The owners are attentive, informative, and courteous. When they observed an opportunity to go above and beyond they did! Thank you for you kindness, dedication, and hard work!
Originally chose to go with this company due to competitive quote for a job, however I was lied to about when the work would begin, not once but twice. They simply never showed up for the job, when I was given "The week of" as when they would be here twice. Not only that, they lack any sort of communication with their potential customers. I have been waiting 8 business days for a response and nothing, this is rather consistent with many attempts to contact them.
