Too high-priced for me. The salon is beautiful and the people are friendly and good at what they do. It's just so expensive. They do hair for the Chief's cheerleaders so maybe they think that justifies their prices. I just don't like feeling like I'm being taking advantage of no matter how great I look in the end.
nice job Victor is a terrific hair designer! He doesn't cut hair, he designs hair. There is a BIG difference. My last haircut was the best I've had. I highly recommend Volero. Conveniently located in downtown Lake Oswego.
Bolero I have gone here for a massage a couple of times. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the massage therapist makes you feel very comfortable. The people that work here are great. I would definitely recommend Bolero for a massage.
The best salon in KC! I've been getting my hair done at Bolero for the last 3 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone there is so wonderful, caring, and sweet! They are super at working with you on a time that fits you best. You get what you pay for, and you get the best at Bolero!
Total Relaxation On a visit to Independence I was able to experience the September Special feature spa treatment at Bolero. It's called "Head over Heels" and was one of the best spa treatments I have ever gotten.It combines reflexology in tandem with head, neck & shoulder massage at an affordable price. Awesome!! 30 minutes of blissful relaxation. Don't miss it!
Highly recommend My daughter and I love the quality of the treatments and hair cuts we have received at Bolero. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is calm. I have been to salons where all the staff does is talk to each other about partying and nonsense. At Bolero, the person who is working on you is focusing on you and their work. It is way less stressful. Of course, you pay more than an average salon, but this salon is way above average.
Quality Salon - World Class Customer Service Wonderful customer service! I've followed my very talented stylist to Bolero. My 17 yr. old daughter enjoys this salon as well. Enjoy the "can do" attitude of the staff. Everyone always seems so positive and welcoming. I also have had facials, manicures and pedicures here. Each time a great experience. It is true that the prices are upscale, but I also get great value for the money. Sometimes you really DO get what your pay for. Never been disappointed.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Don't go Horrible! I received a haircut and color from Meghan. While the color was nice (I've had better at A LOT lesser price) the haircut was horrible, the WORST I have ever had. To make it worse I called the co-owner and shared my experience requesting a haircut fix and she seemed to be disinterested in my experience. I WILL NEVER GO BACk or encourage anyone to go there.
