Dining at Bole was one of the best restaurant experiences I have had in a very long time. I do not reviews generally but Bole deserves the recognition. The food, wine, and coffee were all so flavorful, you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the love from the kitchen. I highly recommend this establishment.
Tasty tasty tasty Ethiopian and American food, with pillowy injera bread to soak everything up. Worth trying!
We got take out and phoned it in because they don't have all their dishes in the pickup apps. The pickup was one of those where you just get ingored standing there. After picking it up, one item was missing. The vegetarian combo with all the different stews tasted ok, but wasn't a good experience because all the stews came smushed together in a container. The injera got all soggy from the mush being on top. Better packaging would go a long way here.
