Matt Cote was our service technician today and I must say he was amazing. Took the time to explain what was needed, did the repair fast and with pride in his work. I have been working in the automotive industry for over 40 years and as a manager I would love to have someone like Matt work for me.

This has been an absolute horrible experience for us. Pool was purchased 2 months ago, still not installed and not have any install date. The initial install date I was give was over 2 weeks ago, the owner called and asked if they could outsource the install to another company which they do often...big mistake. They have been to the house 3 times and we still do not have any clarity when this is getting done $13k for this level of service is beyond frustrating and if I could refund or go with a different company at this poin... read more
