Huge thank you to Matt from Boldt Pools in Wainfleet! Matt installed a new pool liner for us and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Matt did a great job, all on his own, as they were short handed that week,l. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite , and super patient in answering all of our questions . We had a new above ground pool installed by Boldt. The prep work they did and leveling was perfect , the liner install was amazing as well, lots of attention to detail. Everyone we dealt with at boldt pools were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The manager Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect as well. Matt is an absolute pleasure to deal with professional helpful, customer oriented , resourceful and has the initiative and drive to get the job done. Matt and his team installed our new liner it’s so beautiful. When I called him he responded promptly. He came yo our home to finish putting in the faceplates and plugs after a long day. He is the best and should be rewarded for excellence.
Service Manager Matt Cote arrived today to check a minor leak on the pool filter. Matt fixed the problem in minutes and advised me of an issue with my liner. Matt was courteous, friendly and helpful. Thank you Matt. Boldt Pools has always given good service and advice.
