Matt and Brandon from Boldt Pools Wainfleet installed our liner and it was a great experience! They had a “customer first” approach in everything they did and exceeded my expectations. Respectful, considerate, dependable. We had our pool installed 16 years ago by boldt. We were so pleased with everything that we continue to go for our water samples and chemical needs. Recently our 16 year old liner was starting to show wear. We were directed from St Catharine’s to wainfleet’s new location. Matt and Brandon came by twice in the last week to install a new pool liner, which turned out to need a lot more TLC than originally thought. They were outstanding - incredibly knowledgable, kind, and their work seemed top notch. Matt took the time to explain everything in detail and provide alternative options, and even came back to plumb the system. 10/10 wouldn't hesitate to reach back out for anything related to our pool - thanks Matt!
Boldt Pools helped us take out old pool down and put the new one up. Matt was absolutely amazing on both ends. He not only connected all of our plumbing but took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We greatly appreciated not only his expertise but his patience in walking us through every aspect. Just had our liner replaced. Matt and Josh were fantastic. They went over and above expectations! Since we couldn't get a water truck late Friday, Matt came back the next morning (Saturday) to pull out his fans, then came back on Sunday to cut the skimmer and jets so we could finish filling the pool.
