Matt and Brandon from Boldt Pools Wainfleet installed our liner and it was a great experience! They had a “customer first” approach in everything they did and exceeded my expectations. Respectful, considerate, dependable. We had our pool installed 16 years ago by boldt. We were so pleased with everything that we continue to go for our water samples and chemical needs. Recently our 16 year old liner was starting to show wear. We were directed from St Catharine’s to wainfleet’s new location. Our paperwork was sent over promptly after talking to a very knowledgeable young man in St kitts. Wainfleets location got in touch with us the very NEXT day. Everything went into motion. Matt Cote was our pool liner installer. He was outstanding. I don’t believe we could have gotten a better installer. He was professional, congenial, responsive to all our questions. He did a great job and his years of experience doing pools shone. I cannot believe you could get a better installer.
We had a new above ground pool installed by Boldt. The prep work they did and leveling was perfect , the liner install was amazing as well, lots of attention to detail. Everyone we dealt with at boldt pools were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The manager Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect as well. Matt did a great job, all on his own, as they were short handed that week,l. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite , and super patient in answering all of our questions .
