Matt and Brandon from Boldt Pools Wainfleet installed our liner and it was a great experience! They had a “customer first” approach in everything they did and exceeded my expectations. We had our pool installed 16 years ago by boldt. We were so pleased with everything that we continue to go for our water samples and chemical needs. Recently our 16 year old liner was starting to show wear. We were directed from St Catharine’s to wainfleet’s new location. We had a new above ground pool installed by Boldt. The prep work they did and leveling was perfect , the liner install was amazing as well, lots of attention to detail. Everyone we dealt with at boldt pools were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The manager Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect as well. I wish to thank Matt Cote for assessing and making the necessary repairs to the pool at our new home. After we moved in, we found that there were equipment problems and Matt explained what was required, then completed the repairs quickly. Matt was very pleasant and informative and I highly recommend having him do any pool work that you need to be done. Also, the labour cost was quite reasonable partly because of his knowledge and his efficient work manner. Matt certainly deserves this Five Star Rating.
