Matt and Brandon from Boldt Pools Wainfleet installed our liner and it was a great experience! They had a “customer first” approach in everything they did and exceeded my expectations. Respectful, considerate, dependable. We had our pool installed 16 years ago by boldt. We were so pleased with everything that we continue to go for our water samples and chemical needs. Recently our 16 year old liner was starting to show wear. We were directed from St Catharine’s to wainfleet’s new location. Our paperwork was sent over promptly after talking to a very knowledgeable young man in St kitts. Wainfleets location got in touch with us the very NEXT day. Everything went into motion. What a great team Matt and Josh are. They had the old rusty pool looking like new in no time at all. They went above and beyond with everything they did and kept in contact with me through the whole process. Matt came out to help us at 5:30 on a long weekend and stayed till he was happy with the way the pool ran. If I could give 10 stars I would. The girls in the office are very informative also and made the process very easy!!!! Thanks guys can’t hardly wait to use the pool!!
Just had our liner replaced. Matt and Josh were fantastic. They went over and above expectations! Since we couldn't get a water truck late Friday, Matt came back the next morning (Saturday) to pull out his fans, then came back on Sunday to cut the skimmer and jets so we could finish filling the pool. Great guys and great staff all around from the girls in the office to the owner. Id highly recommend them for all your pool needs. - Ken and Georgie Minor
