Matthew from their Wainfleet location came by to close our pool for the winter last week. He was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Did an excellent job and also provided me with some very helpful pool maintenace advice. A++ service!
Disappointed with service department. Still waiting for the part I ordered September 3rd. I was told a couple off days and then was told the truck comes in on Thursday , now they took my name and number (witch they already had) to see if they could find it. But on a good note they took my money very quickly.
Matthew and Lewis went above and beyond in repairing my pool liner. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable.
