Boldt Pools very disappointing service. Work for replacement of skimmer and collapsed was terrible and half ass. Cement isn’t straight as you can see and they drilled into my shed without my permission. Didn’t even seal it. PLEASE Do Not Give Them your VISA as they took the balance for the 2 different jobs without asking. I was impressed with Rich that put in the liner. Thank goodness that turn out amazing. If I could give zero stars! I would! Called about a pool heater repair, the technician looked at our address and told us he knows the problem and said he'd order the part....waited a month! No call no response, nothing! Called them to check the status and was told they had the part and asked if I wanted to make an appointment to fix it...(this is a month after mind you) they stood me up on appointment and when i called they said they didn't even have me booked in! We had our above ground pool liner replaced and holes in the pool walls fixed. Matt, Kyle and Evan from the Wainfleet location were friendly, helpful and professional. They went above and beyond our expectations for service. Thank you so much!
