Matt was absolutely amazing in hooking up our new pool. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why and even told us how to winterized it when the time comes. His patience and super customer skills were very much appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend Matt and Boldt Pools to anyone.
Excellent service. Thank you Brandon and Ben for your assistance in installing the new pool pump and replacing all the hoses. Both of you went above and beyond today to repair/ resolve the pump problem. Brandon and Ben are very conscious, friendly, knowledgeable technicians. We've had recurring issues with both our salt system and our aqua lamp lights for the past 3 to 5 years. We’ve spent far too much money with other “local” pool service companies when we should have just called Boldt. Between Daryl and Matthew they finally diagnosed the underlying issues and found solutions. This has been the best our pool has ever been run and we finally have lights for nighttime swimming! So refreshing to have service people with the “don’t worry, we’ll get this figured out” attitude. ThankYou!
Update to my experience with Boldt Pool: I have dealt with this company loyaly for the last 3yrs and have spent a lot of money at Boldt. Recently I have had an issue and have requested a follow-up with a manager. It has been 2 weeks or more and despite my best efforts ( 1 follow-up call, 2 followup emails ) Boldt manager has refused or neglected to call me to discuss my issue further.
