Nick and his crew have been great in the process of replacing my liner and adding concrete steps. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the benefits of the way they were doing it. They were great when my kids were around too, answering all of their questions as well. 95% of the job has been finished and I am very happy. I'm sure the last 5% will go as smoothly as well. Thanks guys!
while I dont complain about any of their in field crews the customer service is useless! numerous calls and attempts to get assistance on different occasions with no return calls or real meaningful help even if in person. Not a genuine intention to have a happy customer. Just reactive and even then...react less! Do better folks! I'd be glad to change my review.
Matt and Will just installed our new gas heater and also moved our equipment from the garage to an outside location. They were incredibly creative in their consideration of our needs (present and future) and were absolutely fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond and we will not hesitate to use Boldt Pools for any pool needs in the future.
