[Gas line and pool heater install] I am very pleased to report that from the initial assessment visit to the final installation the entire process ran very smoothly. The install team of Matt & Matt were very knowledgeable and provided excellent advise on what suited my needs best. They worked diligently, are obviously quite skilled at what they do and are very fine representatives of Boldt Pools a company that I trust. Thank you again for doing such an excellent job and for your professionalism from start to finish.
Terrible service support. Bought a hot tub from Boldt - 2 years later the water feature valve broke (rarely ever used it). It is not covered under warranty (1 month out of warranty). I've emailed multiple people various times and have received no responses to get it fixed and get a new part. Very disappointed. Regret buying from them.
Fantastic service. Kyle, Nic and Jason were great to work with. We had steps created in our shallow end with the installation of a new liner in a 50 year old pool. They kept us informed and a did great work. Would highly recommend working with Boldt.
I had a satisfactory experience here after spending a pretty penny. The products here are amazing. However the transaction wasnt smooth.
Purchased a hot tub and liner for our in ground pool last summer. The positive experience with Boldt pools was Bill, who sold us the hot tub. A wonderful and respectful salesperson. This is where the positives end! Hot tub delivery was simply ridiculous. Once they finally got the hot tub to the backyard (only could be done if my husband helped) they wanted to place it backwards which would not allow for electrical connection.
