I am very disappointed with Boldt Pools. We bought an outdoor sauna for 4 people and have never been able to use it cause the heat sensor keeps tripping and shuts off. We purchased it in December and it is now going into March and have paid for this sauna and am not able to use it. Not very happy with their service cause they are not able to fix the problem. I hope they will compensate us for the expense we have paid for something we cannot use. Very disappointed with Boldt Pools.
When my wife and I decided to have a pool installed in our backyard, the first and only company I considered was Boldt. From the first visit with Greg to the completion of the project, that faith was warranted. When Greg and Brice met us to layout the pool, their knowledge and insights of working in the industry for over 20 years helped us to create an amazing oasis in our backyard. 3 months ago we bought a new house with a hot tub. I was directed to Boldt Pools and Spa for service so I called them up and asked if they could come out to give our tub a once over, let me know what it needed (we suspected a few things) as well as just some general info about it. They sent out Jacob and Jacob is wonderful. He gave me the best orientation of our tub that he could, given our screen on the keypad was broken. My hot tub circulation pump unexpectedly died during some very cold weather. The technician came out on the same day and made an unscheduled quick repair before the tub froze. I've dealt with Boldt since 2009, and their service is outstanding. Very thankful for them making the time for this pump replacement.
Matthew and Jack came to do our pool closing and also map out a plan for a new gas heater install. As is always the case with Boldt the service was incredible. Everything was explained to me in a simple and straightforward manner. They have made new pool ownership so much easier. I highly recommend them!
