Poor service, poor communication, poor customer attitude, inconsistent and elevated pricing. Avoid them.
I had Matthew and Jordon out to service my pool heater. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to show me what the issue was. They fixed the problem and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I’d definitely recommend them for pool heater maintenance or repairs.
0 for 2 on urgently needed Hayward pool accessories due to work being done in the pool. Asked if anywhere else local may have the part and no suggestions offered. We were bailed out by Paradise pools. Boldt is the go to in the north end and their indifferent service most of the time reflects that. We have now discovered friendly service down the street at Aqua Don. Pity.
UPDATE (2025): This year, Matthew and Erik arrived to start up and service my pool heater. As always, they did a great job! They are good at answering all my questions and it is a joy to do business with them. Highly recommended! Great employees! Matt and Tanner installed my new pool heater today.
