I travel and visit group fitness studios all over the country, and two characteristics consistently define the great ones: culture and programming. I dropped into Boldt for a week, and it clearly has both. I also really appreciated that the class sizes were under 10 people during my visit, which supports a personal training focus and genuine connections between members. Coach Russ does a great job!
Started attending Boldt in Dec 2025 after hearing how impactful strength training can be for overall health and as a complement to mountain biking. Since joining I've definitely noticed a difference in my riding. Overall I have less fatigue on longer rides (3000+ feet elevation gain) and I do think that has a lot to do with this class. Charlie & Russ (strength coaches) are both easy to approach and are invested in your progress which makes a big difference. Highly recommend for those wanting a more intimate gym feel!
