as a person who doesn’t typically workout on my own, russ's training excites me and pushes me to want to workout everyday! boldt athletics is a true family, always welcoming to new people and is an amazing community filled with just as amazing people! i truly would recommend boldt athletics to anyone. it has and continues to be the best experience and has made me so much more confident and stronger!
Russ is my absolute favorite person ever. He's not only the best coach but also the best mentor and even after leaving for college I still wander back to the gym to see russ when im home. Russ is an amazing trainer and has helped my strength in the gym and on the field. BOLDT is the best place to workout! I recommend it!! It has the best community and family!

Where do I start…I joined BOLDT back in October of 2024 after I had moved from Nashville where I had been doing reformer pilates for 3 years.
