BOLDT is a great place to be if you want to challenge yourself and level up your strength training. The workouts are intense and will kick your ass, but equally important is the community of trainers and fellow participants who will encourage you to give your best effort. Russ and Charlie are the trainers I worked with the most, and their knowledge, humor and all-around good vibes make the workouts fun and enjoyable!
Amazing in every aspect of the word! Russ is a phenomenal coach/trainer! My son absolutely loves training here and is building his confidence along with his strength. As a Chiropractor, I absolutely recommend my patients here to work on strength and stabilty as an essential asset to improving and maintaining their posture. If I could give 20 stars, I would!
I feel so incredibly grateful to have found BOLDT Athletics - it’s truly been such a positive force in my life. Russ (the owner) and Charlie are both absolutely wonderful, and the community there is something really special. When I make it to class, it’s genuinely one of the best parts of my week. The environment is so encouraging and welcoming, and I always leave feeling stronger and more grounded. I love the workouts, the people, the energy - all of it.
