I rented an apartment with Bold New York in the fall of 2019. Wil Glover was the person who oversaw the signing of my lease. Wil was unprofessional and terrible in his quality of service. Diana Babayeva is absolutely incredible. She is very efficient, professional, and friendly. She made our entire moving process a million times easier. She has great communication skills, an eye for detail and beautiful apartments, and is simply a joy to work with. We absolutely love our new apartment. Cannot recommend her highly enough. We reached out to her based on a StreetEasy listing and she got back within 24 hours.
