Order 815759 I place my order in the end of March. After it was misdelivered April 7 and lots of back and forth with this company getting claims approved from UPS. Which did get approved because they did not get a signature They went back and forth with me on email to wait out the chargeback period on my card just to make sure they got paid and never made it right. Never give this company a penny, I filed reports with the BBB, state attorney general , and the ftc that's how much this infuriates me.

I find the customer service responsive, the product selection abundant, the quality top-notch, and the prices very competetive. I have had nothing but excellent experience with BOLD and would recommend them to my Mom.

Bold has the lowest prices on silver . I have gotten some great deals. One problem however, is coins listed as “random year”do not give their condition. I only buy coins that are BU. All other sites state whether the coin is circulated or not. In order to make sure the 1/4 oz AGE was BU, I had to call them . They do have the best price on them by far! The employee who was in the Philippines determined that it was. It would be helpful if their site stated the condition. I don’t find the format of the site very user friendly. ... read more

I began my Stacking journey last year with another online dealer. A co-worker introduced me to BOLD Precious Metals (BPM), I noticed the availability of the simple products I wanted to venture into, ASE's, CML's and Rounds.
