Excellent experience at Bold Off Road! I asked them to give my Kawasaki Vulcan a good looking over, oil change and tune up ahead of a trip and they did a very thorough job. Knowing I had a deadline, they were on top of things the whole time. They kept me informed of what they found and got it back to me as promised. Great communication, friendly and knowledgeable!
Very knowledgeable and helpful. If you need professional modifications to your ride or straight up honest mechanic work, this is the place.
In the end I believe they did a good job repairing my sportsman. The only negative I have to say is I called to schedule an appointment and they said they were a week and a half out on service. Gave me a day to drop it off so they could put it inside and get right at it. I dropped it off and it was parked outside for at least another week and a half before they got it in to assess. Had to order parts and another week and a half later I got it back.
