From our first meeting with the owner Michelle, to the preparation for our wedding and through the wedding day itself our experience with Carlos Creek was phenomenal. Shelby, the event manager, was so helpful, responsive and easy to work with. The staff is very experienced and helped the day go so smoothly. My husband and I got married at BNC back in the fall of 2023. It’s taken me quite some time to write this review but feel it’s time to get this off my chest, as I was very disappointed with several things on our wedding day. My sister had gotten married at the venue 10 years ago, the now owner, Michelle was her coordinator at the time and did such a phenomenal job. BNC is beautiful, but if you are someone who’s very organized, you will feel frustrated with their communication and organization.
As a guest we had difficulty first in figuring out where to park and where exactly the wedding was being performed. Got there just before ceremony began. The wedding area was beautiful and well done. The indoor dinner hall has terrible acoustics so that when a large gathering of people are talking it was difficult to even hear or understand speakers with a microphone. The food was atrocious.
