I purchased a vehicle from bold motors sight unseen online. I Paid $1000 over mmr. They gave it a 2.8 condition report them self and stated the car was “retail ready” ride and drive. The vehicle arrived with mediocre paint work all over. All 4 brake calipers were downgraded from the OE spec brembo to unacceptable v6 calipers. It has an oil leak. A coolant leak. Front suspension shake. Key fobs are mangled. They shipped it with the Key tag from the auction that says “inop” a/c not working. Mufflers missing. Blend door broken.... read more
This is a follow up on the 2020 interceptor i purchased from bold motors back in April. I reported problems such as clunky shifting and AWD faults, AWD cost me $5600 out of pocket and now we've had the shifting looked into and the transmission needs REBUILT and i have undeniable proof ive notified them the day after purchase of said problems but they modified my warranty (also have proof) so now I will be spending thousands of dollars on a rebuild due to this dealers lack of accountability. Horrible experience I went to check prices on a car and the spanish lady had the worst attitude.
Easy transaction and good support after the sale ! But terrible le in car tha t wouldn’t start the there day after buying it needed a new alternador they lord and says they put a new one in and it was an old used one and has been giving me lots of problems every since . It’s been a year with this car now Never going back to them again !!
Got a keep compas 2011 from this place 3 days after I purchased the car it needed a new alternator and has been giving me all sorts of problems for months now
