Bought a 2011 jeep compass from this place they claimed it had no problems and was in great condition . Well they lied the 3rd day after buying it wouldn’t start it needed a new alternator! They replaced it then a few weeks later it needed a starter the check engine light turned on it’s given all sorts of problems only a few shorts weeks after buying it ! I purchased a vehicle from bold motors sight unseen online. I Paid $1000 over mmr. They gave it a 2.8 condition report them self and stated the car was “retail ready” ride and drive. The vehicle arrived with mediocre paint work all over. All 4 brake calipers were downgraded from the OE spec brembo to unacceptable v6 calipers. It has an oil leak. A coolant leak. Front suspension shake. Key fobs are mangled. They shipped it with the Key tag from the auction that says “inop” a/c not working. Mufflers missing. Blend door broken.... read more
This is a follow up on the 2020 interceptor i purchased from bold motors back in April. I reported problems such as clunky shifting and AWD faults, AWD cost me $5600 out of pocket and now we've had the shifting looked into and the transmission needs REBUILT and i have undeniable proof ive notified them the day after purchase of said problems but they modified my warranty (also have proof) so now I will be spending thousands of dollars on a rebuild due to this dealers lack of accountability.
