On top of the incredibly responsive service and shockingly generous in-kind donation, the quality of the molds are impeccable. We use them in our freeze-dryer and they are working great! Ordered a product at 737pm on Thursday Paid the most expensive next day air available which was 53.00 dollars extra package arrived Monday around lunch time. Why offer this service on your website if it's not possible for it to arrive on time? I wouldn't just picked something different and saved my 53 dollars. I reach out to UPS and they said the reason is why it didn't get delivered next day is because bold maker didn't take the package to a location in time for it to be eligible for next day. Brian H is the best. He pulled through for me on so many occasions. So many points of failure that he helped me navigate and avoid. Could have been costly to go with another vendor as my needs were a bit more complicated. Delivered on time and with a fantastic product. Could not say enough about Brian.
