I was on Hornby Street and passed by Bold Hair Design. I was looking to get my hair done and decided to check the place out. A girl opened the door and looked surprised. I asked if they do hair here, and she just said, “Sorry, yes, but I’m booked today.” That was it — no explanation, no questions, no help. She didn’t offer to book me for another day, didn’t suggest booking online, didn’t even say hello or goodbye — she just looked at me and closed the door. It felt really rude and unwelcoming. Maryam was excellent! She did a great job of my blowout style. It was exactly what I asked for and she was very efficient. Would definitely visit again.
