I have really thick, coarse, heavy hair and enough hair for about 5 people and I am picky, fussy how my hair is cut.. I always ask for it thinned out, and show pictures of styles I want for my hair type. The cuts are always really good quality and no matter who cuts my hair the styles turn out really great. They are always welcoming, friendly and the prices are more than I can really afford so I only go when my hair gets too big, too thick, too annoying, too long but worth it in the end. I have a long history of dealing with bad hair salons so I was a little on edge when I booked my appointment but Rhiannon made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend this hair salon, not only for their amazing customer relationship but their prices are also very reasonable/affordable. They did an amazing job with my hair, it was exactly what I wanted!!

Gwen is ridiculously obnoxious and immature. I found her presence to be rather annoying and mostly irritating with her fake laugh. Some people just think they're funny when they're just basically acting like a 15 year old in high school. The wife has said we will not be returning to this salon and go elsewhere to a professional who acts like a professional while cutting our hair.
